Use the Tinselopoly board, game pieces and Property cards, the Secret Santa and Community Grab Bag cards, the Tinselopoly Move Tracker, and the Tinselopoly Strategy. The Games Overview is also helpful.

Set up the Tinselopoly board; put the Secret Santa and Community Grab Bag cards in order, and assign the correct game pieces to each player.
Simulate the prior game by using the Move Tracker: move game pieces according the the dice rolls, collect Property cards, and obey the Secret Santa and Community Grab Bag cards.
Be sure to follow the rules in the Games Overview.
At the end of the game, collect each players property cards.

Follow the instructions in the Strategy to sort each player's cards into color groups and order in ascending monetary value.
Still folllowing the Strategy, reorder the players' card sets as instructed.
